Partial renovation of the Seasun Siurell Hotel

The project includes the total refurbishment of facilities as follows:

• Industrial Cold
• Electrical installation and new electrical panels.
• New fire protection system in the whole hotel.
• Cold / Heat Installation Common Areas
• New installation of water circuit (cold and hot) of the whole Hotel (except the rooms). New drains, rainwater and sewage pipes.
• Installation of new boiler and heat recovery area, under the parameters of maximum recovery and energy saving.
• Integral reform and new decoration of reception, dining room, swimming pool, swimming pool bar, reception bathrooms and swimming pool bathrooms.
• New construction of swimming pool chillout zone and wooden porch in the main pool area.
• Reform of 3 rooms, which will be the model rooms, to reform in the future.
• New rainwater installation in common areas of the Hotel, new floor in main pool area and pool bar.
• New installation of light, sound and wifi system in common areas, pools and terraces
• Construction of new cold buffet area in Hotel dining room
• Construction of Showcooking in the dining room of the Hotel.
